  • Extensions: Check out the extensions and add-ons library for each website builder you’re considering. If they don’t offer anything you need for your website, skip this builder.
  • Themes and templates: Some website builders offer more themes and templates, while others offer less variety but better designed options. Check out the template library to see what the website might look like when finished.
  • Ease of use: All website builders are designed to be user-friendly, but some are more intuitive than others.

8. Enter general settings.

Before you make your website live, make the general settings. This is the same list you would go through if you were setting up your website on a CMS platform.
