In view of the fact that logos are such an essential part of the brand identity, I was skeptical of using AI -Logo generators.
Tropicana cost a wrong logo decision Over 30 million US dollars in sales. I hated the decision of X to ward off the little Twitter bird as well as the others 78% of us iOS users Who gave him a 1-star rating. On the other hand, Nikes are 35 dollar-$-logo and the handwritten logo of Coca-Cola cultural symbols.
Start-ups and SMEs could spend $ 5 to $ 5,000 for a logo, but rebrands can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars for large companies. In contrast, AI logo generators promise to give them several logo options for only $ 20 to $ 200.
While cheaper is not always better, AI has become surprisingly good in creative areas such as content and marketing. So I tested the six top logo generators to determine whether AI could handle branding and produce logos that I would use for my customers.

How I tested the best AI logo generators
While most AI generators promise them “professional logos” in minutes, only a handful of results that I would consider. A common problem that I went into again and again were templates. So I set some basic rules while testing these logo manufacturers.
In particular, I took into account the following factors:
- Adaptability. I work in industries and my AI designer has to adapt to different target groups and resonate.
- Uniqueness. When my logo looks insulted, I will hit the next.
- Format cover. You want your logo Gloss across all distribution channels. The logo manufacturer should therefore give you all the file formats that are necessary to achieve this.
- Cost. Most AI logo generators are not expensive, but I’m always looking for the best.
Logo generators in this article may not meet all four criteria, but each offers something unique.
To ensure that I cover both ends of the spectrum, I decided to share my tests between two shops that I would like to have one day: Rio’s Dog Cafe and Nexora, an AI startup. It turned out that it was a fun experiment since I worked on my passion projects.
In order to test these six AI generators, I registered on their platforms, filled out the brand details and wrote user -defined input requests if necessary. I also determined how much time every test took.
Read on to see the final logos and find out if I would recommend using an AI logo generator for your company.
6 of the best AI logo generators
Here are my six top -ai logo generators.
1. canvas
Price: 50 AI design loans monthly on a free plan, 150 credits on Canva Pro ($ 15/user/month)
Time to test: 2 minutes 30 seconds
As a social media marketer, I use Canva extensively for customer work. Her existing templates were great to help me to design fresh carousel designs, banner or sales decks. I even generated a Trending Studio Ghibli-Art with your AI tool.
In order to test the functions of the logo generation of canva, I decided to use the Nexora brand. Canva Ai is very intuitive and has a chatbox-like interface, design categories and tutorials for certain applications.
Here is the request that I have given for Nexora: “Design a clean and minimalist, modern colored logo for Nexora, a AI assistant of the next generation to help individuals and teams to think, plan and act faster. The logo should reflect intelligence and simplicity.”
I could even upload earlier design files, reference images, etc. with my input request if I wanted to.
The AI -Logo generator from Canva gave me these three decent options. I also like how I was able to explore other perspectives and design optimizations to improve the logo.
The best thing about it? I could click on the logo I liked and open it in Canva’s editor to make further changes. There I had complete access to the other functions of canva, including my existing projects, brand -specific assets and apps. This means that you can overlay any final logo directly into your existing canva assets with just a few clicks.
How would I use the Canva Ai Logo generator
As I have already mentioned, I already use Canva for several customer results. However, when it comes to logos, I would keep myself using it for the first concepts.
While the Canva AI quickly generates logo options, you cannot change the elements of AI-generated AI generated within your editor. Even a change in the color scheme would mean a new entry request. Since the brand work depends on iterations, the Canva AI is only effective as a brainstorming tool.
What I liked:
- An intuitive surface with which you can generate text, images, videos and code via only tasks.
- Design entry prompt to improve the final edition.
- Unhobilized integration into other canva functions such as projects, apps and the publisher.
What I didn’t like:
- Inability to edit AI-generated elements.
- The credit limit makes it difficult to generate several designs.
2. Chatt
Price: The free version has limits of image generation. Chatgpt Plus costs 20 US dollars per month, while $ 200 per month costs.
Time to test: 4 minutes 20 seconds
Since GPT-4O started with the support of functions of image generationI have found a significant improvement in the quality of the images generated by Chatgpt. The new model follows my input requests more precisely and generates solid product models, stock images and design concepts.
In order to test its logo production specifically, I opened a new chat. I used the same command prompt that I used for Canva for Nexora, our AI agent.
Not bad. I liked typography in the logo when I was not a big fan of the circle that surrounded him. So I asked him to remove the circle and give me other design options.
As you can see, my instructions on the letter followed and gave me a usable logo. Since it did a great job with this brand, I decided to create a logo for my dog café.
Although it was not adhered to the coffee request, I was quite impressed by this logo. Maybe I am biased when it comes to dog pictures, but this logo wants to visit me the actual café.
How would I use Chatgpt as an AI logo manufacturer
If I wanted to quickly put a business into operation, I would consider using Chatgpt’s logos as a solid placeholder before investing in custom design. If I have the budget for a professional designer, I would use Chatgpt to generate design slips for my vision.
What I liked:
- A good design with the ability to precisely follow the requests.
- Decent processing functions within the GPT 4-O interface.
- A Chatgpt subscription unlock additional functions, including content creation, video production and AI agents.
What I didn’t like:
- Sometimes certain elements ignores entry requests (such as coffee things).
- Not an option for direct generation of vectord files.
3. Twins
Price: free image generation (with limits), 20 USD/month for access to image and video.
Time to test: 2 minutes
Google’s Gemini is a popular choice for AI images. With over 400 million active users, I was excited to see if it could create better logos than chatt. I tested Gemini with the same request that I had given GPT 4-O.
This Nexora logo is my favorite so far. My only problem was the “Ki” text embedded in the logo that looked unnecessary. Simply enough to edit manually, so I wasn’t too much about it.
I also like how Gemini guides me through his creative process when I click on the dropdown “Show Thinking”.
As you can see, Gemini gives me a list of parameters and the exact keywords on which it focuses. If I want the next version to concentrate on other aspects (e.g. company or appealing), I know exactly what I have to adjust with this information in my entry request. In this process you do not feel with a designer and not with an AI logo manufacturer.
The best thing about it? Since Gemini integrates into Google products, including my pixel phone, I can even test concepts and logos of design on the go. Quite comfortable, especially for busy business owners.
How would I use Gemini as an AI logo manufacturer
Similar to Chatgpt, I can use Gemini’s logos as starter assets for a early stages business or product function. However, I would bend more to use Gemini to Brainstorming -Design -Slips, mainly because of the “thinking function”.
What I liked:
- High -quality logos, even on the freelancer. Premium plans have a 1-month attempt.
- Gemini created a picture faster than chatt.
- Uncomfortable integration into Google products and simple accessibility.
What I didn’t like:
- Minimal processing options.
- Vectord files cannot be generated directly.
4. Looka
Price: $ 20 for files with low resolution of your logo; $ 65 for the high -resolution version of a logo and support; $ 96/year for a brand kit; and $ 129 a year for a brand kit and an AI-generated website.
Time to test: 1 minute 45 seconds
Looka resembles Wix, but without chatbot or the generated slogles. This is the process I followed to get my end logo:
- Enter your company name.
- Choose a style or inspiration for your logo.
- Choose your symbols and symbols for installation.
- Add your slogan.
- Choose a generated image to optimize or adapt.
One of the reasons why I wanted to add this list of Looka is that it goes beyond logos. After completing my logo, I have the opportunity to add it to various brand goods.
The brand -kit subscription includes important essentials such as letterheads, social profiles and business cards, all of which are already integrated. I find this brand -kit function for products on the MVP stage. You can even have an AI-generated website created for you in your most expensive package.
How would I use Looka as an AI logo manufacturer
As a developer, I sent many internal tools and dashboards. With Looka I could have presented you with stakeholders as mini products that complete a logo, a website and branding assets. Looka is also helpful to test new product functions on the market.
What I liked:
- Ideal for experimenting with mini products and features.
- Over 100 branded templates and models that use your new logo are included in the subscription. You also have the option of creating an AI-generated website.
- Committed support team to optimize your logos.
What I didn’t like:
- No chatbot or AI asks functions.
- Basic adjustment options.
5. Adobe Express Logo Maker (Beta)
Price: Free, but you have to register for Adobe Express to download the logo.
Time to test: 1 minute 50 seconds
Adobe is the gold standard for the design. I have already used a lot of Adobe products, including Photoshop to create banners and illustrator to design vector logos. Each product generally has a rich template library and for premium templates manufactured in the municipality, which are ideal for challenged artists and me.
In view of this track record, I had high expectations of your logo manufacturer.
The experience itself was simple and quick. I first entered my brand name (“Rio’s Dog Cafe”) and Slogan and then chose an icon that is based on my industries keywords such as “coffee” and “pet”. After this step, I was able to select a logo style (minimal, brave, elegant, organic), colors and a logo model as a starting basis. The tool uses this information to generate an unprecedented logo in less than 20 seconds.
Next comes the adjustment. You have to make a report for this step, but he has to do with social registrations pretty quickly. As soon as you have registered, you will see the Adobe Express editor for a stronger adaptation.
Change the colors, play around with image placements or upload your own symbols if you do not find a suitable symbol. You can also add simple animations such as insertion into focus or logo spins for digital media.
Although I like the overall idea behind the logo, the execution felt a bit flat. The final logo lacks the professional polish that I expected from Adobe Tools.
Another part of the part is the lack of AI that asks skills. Since the tool is based on the existing icon library, you may use the same logo as 100 other companies.
How would I use the Adobe Express logo manufacturer
You can use Adobe’s logo manufacturer to generate ideas, explore fast color combinations for an existing logo or simply play around with different styles. However, I would not recommend using it to make company logos from scratch.
What I liked:
- Access to a drag-and-drop design interface without downloading software.
- A fairly reaction -quick processing process with minimal delay and rendering problems.
- Ability to add simple animations.
What I didn’t like:
- No AI that prompts functions for strategic design.
- Basic adaptation functions.
- Clip art style symbols and limited typography options.
6. Wix
Price: You have to subscribe to Wix to download high -quality pictures of your logo. However, you can download a low resolution version free of charge. WIX subscription plans start from $ 17/month to $ 159/month.
Time to test: 3 min 30 seconds
Wix is very popular with my website developer friends, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also have an AI logo generator function.
You can either choose the chatbot route (I recommend this) or generate manually. I started with the chat bot and frankly it was pretty committed.
After sending the details, Wix had some great slogans to accompany my logo.
After a little back and forth with the chat bot, the last logo was finished. You can use the WIX logo editor to adapt certain elements, download files for digitally and print the use or add to your Wix website.
My last logo is not very impressive. Although the overall experience was beautiful, I think Wix has to work on its design aesthetics. Designing the logo alone was a similar experience to previous generators, which is why it is not much to write.
How would I use Wix as an AI logo manufacturer
I would not use Wix as an end-to-end-AI logo manufacturer. Instead, I would prefer to use your chat bot to capture color pallets, sloglings and backgrounds for my logo.
What I liked:
- Decent color palette and symbol options
- Good slogan suggestions.
What I didn’t like:
- The logo does not look as professional.
- You need a subscription to download high -quality versions of the logo.
My favorite -ai logo generator
Through this experiment, I found that AI -Logo generators can develop excellently creative concepts. The actual logo? Not something that I would recommend as a final customer.
I particularly liked Chatgpt and Gemini’s edition than the other logo manufacturers. Looka is also a good model tool for new functions and products. Overall, however, I would recommend using AI logo generators as use Starting points For your brainstorming process.
My experience corresponds to the use of other industry experts who use these tools. Courtney Vickery, brand specialist at Declet Designstold me her process:
“If I work on custom branding and brainstorming logo concepts, I will use tools like Midjourney or Dall-E to help myself to think through ideas-but I never use what I have directly. It only serves to hide and turn my creative bikes.
Should your company use an AI logo generator?
If you really want to use an AI logo generator to save time or money, choose Chatgpt, Gemini or Canva. However, I do not recommend using a AI generator for your logo beyond the first concepts.
This experiment shows that most AI logo generators achieve similar results. These tools simply cannot avoid unique position challenges or the change in consumer psychology via one point.
So if you want a unique logo, it is best to redesign one from scratch or rent a good graphic designer. Even when choosing a designer for your brand, I recommend asking questions about your design process and the use of AI.
My farewell tips: Make sure your logo records your brand, looks good both on print and digital platforms and that this human touch has.
