In the past few months I have tested the latest AI models deeply in the trenches, spent 200 US dollars per month for Chatgpt Pro and created games with AI for which entire development teams were required a few months ago.
I saw how argumentation models solve problems that PHD mathematicians roam. What I see is not just an incremental improvement. It is a complete change of phase.
After countless hours that chatted against Claude, Gemini 2.0 and similar AI competitors, I am convinced that in 2025 the year will be the AI from the “cool tool” to the “basic infrastructure”. Here are my six predictions and tactical steps that marketer can take to stay in advance.
AI predictions that will change marketing
1. Openaai is maintained with large breakthroughs.
Openai Do not slow down. And by the end of 2025 I am convinced that you will continue to compete with the competition, especially for power users who need the absolute best performance. While the O3 model O1 can be more calculation, the true breakthrough is How It uses argument during the inference. That distinguishes it.
I think we will see something like Orion – a new, larger basic model – that will be launched by the end of the year. Sam Altman indicated that Agi will come in 2025, and frankly according to my definition, Pro mode Already qualified as a kind of basic AGI. As soon as these models combine a quick reaction with deep argumentation, most people will call these AGI, and everything we have talked about will unlock from autonomous agents to robot assistants.
2. AI agents will be the keyword of the year.
My co-moderator Matt Wolfe called this: Agents will be The Keyword 2025. How he put it, every large company – Google, Openaai, Anthropic – will talk about acting workflows and the use of tools. I fully agree with his assessment.
By the end of the year, they have returned agents who run out and market research, return with foils and show them the best strategy to approach a market or customer segment.
I also think that e-mail assistants will also be agents who process our correspondence so that we can concentrate on higher-quality work. (I really think that hand-fitted emails will be rare within two or three years.)
3. Xais Grok 3 will be surprised.
Xai Skalized quickly, trained more data than almost everyone else and buy Nvidia chips at an astonishing pace. I expect you to publish Grok 3 this year, and although it may not be replaced by Chatgpt’s extended language mode for me, I think that it will surprise many people with responsiveness and personality. Grok 3 could be the most fun for occasional users, especially with which you can interact.
4. The cost barrier creates a new dynamic.
Let us talk about the elephant in the room: pricing. Chatgpt Pro already costs $ 200 per month, and Openais CFO has announced that it will explore 2,000 US dollars a month. This creates a large gap between average users and electricity users with money.
This reminds me of my gaming days, on which strategies such as “multiboxing” in Everquest gave the players great advantages. I wonder if we see clever people who start with the “Multi-Accounting” AI to access more computing and better results.
Just as we have formed alliances with other multiboxers to share better divisions than with random players, we may see KI -Power users who bundle resources or find creative problems to access premium rake.
5. Ai video will have his “Midjourney V4” moment.
Matt made a great analogy during the podcast: at the moment AI video feels like on the Midjourney V2 level. As he emphasized, there was this massive jump from V3 to V4 when people with a-generated pictures deceive others on Facebook. We haven’t seen this jump with video yet, but I think in 2025 will deliver it.
Current video models are trained on massive amounts of data without the output of a lot of reason. As soon as we have used thorough models via video – similar to Chatgpt O3 with text – we get dramatically better control and consistency. You can specify exactly how the characters move and make sure that they remain consistent in the scenes.
6. Argumentation models achieve almost perfect reliability.
After my tests with Chatgpt Pro, the greatest breakthrough I noticed is reliability. In contrast to other models that sometimes create obvious errors (e.g. suggestions of changes that are already contained in your code), Chatgpt Pro is consistently checking itself.
If we use these argumentation models more, we will approach an accuracy of 99.9% next year. That is the difference between “interesting demo” and “Tool that I would trust with important work”.
How marketers should prepare for 2025 AI progress
If you are in marketing, the window is too Make this next AI shaft ahead closes quickly. You have to do the following now:
- Experiment with AI agents today. Don’t wait for the “perfect” tool. Start testing current AI models to understand your skills and restrictions before more powerful systems are widespread.
- Create workflows that accept AI automation. Design processes in which AI routine tasks such as E -Mail response, content creation and data analysis are done. Concentrate your energy on a strategy and creative direction instead of execution.
- Develop AI orchestration skills. The future marketing professional will be more like a director who coordinates several AI tools than someone who performs manual tasks. Learn to effectively demand the engineer and management of AI systems.
- Create custom solutions instead of buying Saas. Many marketing tools can now be installed with AI in minutes. I created complex projects with O1 Pro, Claude and Gemini 2.0 that would have previously needed entire teams.
- Think like a small, powerful team. AI enables small groups with a concentrated focus on creating projects that used to require hundreds of people. Position yourself and your team to use this leverage.
AI in 2025: The final result
We enter into an era in which the limiting factor is not the technology. It will be our imagination and our ability to steer these incredibly powerful tools. The companies and individuals who learn to orchestrine several AI systems effectively have unprecedented advantages.
So the question is no longer about When This transformation comes If You are ready when it matters.
