I remember when Chatgpt started for the first time. The entire marketing community was shared whether you should use AI chatbots or not. Contributions to chatt would be preserved hundreds of comments, one side debates about the convenience of AI, and the other argue that ai can never keep up with human creativity.
While the debate has not yet been completed, AI chat bots are already everywhere. I see marketers that rely on custom bots for social mediaPresent Companies that integrate voice assistantsAnd Customer service teams scale operations with AI.
As someone who worked in automation and marketing, I would say that the shift to AI chatbots is here. And it is here to stay.
Marketers now have countless solid chat bot options that can have conversations almost as natural as a person.
In this post I will be through the top 14 chatbots for marketers how I tested them and which you should consider for your marketing workflow. I will also give you the exact input requests and the results so that you know what you can expect.
Table of contents
What is a Ki chat bot?
A AI chat bot is a conversation program that uses machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to understand what they say and give them human answers. It is trained on a lot of data to understand patterns and associations so that it can understand complex queries. In addition, a KI chat bot learns from previous conversations and gradually improves its answers over time.
Sounds a lot? Let me collapse.
Here is what happens under the bonnet if you send an input request to an AI chat bot:
- Entry processing. Your request is divided into tokens (words, phrases or even parts of a word).
- Context allocation. The model tries to build relationships between words and their positions. This helps the model to distinguish between “Sarah’s bear” and “The Bear caught Sarah” – to have two very different problems.
- Self -relationship. Now it is time to actually understand the intention. The model identifies the keys in your message and understands previous training data based on previous training data.
- Answer. The model begins with the formation of the output options. This is a predictive system in which the model predicts the next most likely word based on previous patterns.
- Return loop. As a last step, the chatbot carries out the answer candidates through various security filters and quality controls. Each answer is evaluated and the best delivered as an output.
All of this happens in the seconds/minutes in which you are waiting after you have sent the prompt. While I have described how a typical AI chat bot works, each model can implement the architecture differently. The end goal? Help with solving business (or personal) problems faster and more reliable.
Conversations -ai against chatbots
Chatbots and conversations -KI are closely linked, but differ in their scope and skills.
The conversations -KI refers to any technology that speak to people who can understand and answer feelings. It can be a chat bot, an AI agent or another AI-generated application.
KI chatbots are a subgroup of conversations -KI, but not all chatbots use conversational AI. Some chatbots are purely regularly based on simple rules and decision -making trees to determine the best procedure.
Regular -based chatbots can only process certain, expected entries. I am sure you interacted with many of them before the chat. Ask them a little outside of your script and you will either give you a vague answer or divide them to a person.
In contrast, KI chatbots understand the context and the nuance and are able to edit unexpected questions.
If the user is selected between the defined options without much flexibility, opt for regular chatbots to save costs. However, if you want to deliver an updated user experience, I would recommend choosing an AI chat bot.
Why use AI chatbots? 4 applications and advantages of chatbots for marketers
I have become much more intelligent last year. In the past, they had to scratch and feed a lot of data on chatbots, and even then the outputs were usable. Chatbots could not even connect to the Internet.
With newer models and integration technologies such as AI agents and MCP servers, however, the possibilities are endless. I recently connected my e -mail to my Claude account via MCP. Now I can get a practical summary of the meetings of my day and the newsletter highlights with just one request.
Here are some other options for how companies can use AI chatbots.
Customer care
Sales and marketing
- Automatize sales prospects and market research.
- Personally personalize automated public relations work for your target group.
- Manage your sales pipeline by summarizing meetings, sending follow-up memories, etc.
- Support customers in every phase of the purchase trip by providing personalized and timely information.
Write and edit
- Content strategy and inheritance for BlogsE -mails and social media contributions.
- Deep research on certain topics for creating article kilos.
- Brand to the first designs for emails and social copies.
- Optimization of copies for certain target groups, platforms and formats.
Recruitment and HR
- Candidate potential candidates on the basis of the curriculum vitae strength.
- Answer joint questions about open positions or company guidelines.
- Plan interviews and meetings without endless back and forth emails.
The examples here are only the tip of the iceberg. People used Chatbots for therapyPresent Travel planningPresent Order mealsAnd so much more. After our AI report39% of the marketers use chatbots such as Chatgpt, Gemini and Copilot to create content and organize research.
So can AI chatbots:
- Save time, reduce the employees of employees and let them concentrate on strategic tasks instead of dealing with grunchwork.
- Reduce labor costs and generate the results faster.
- Collect extensive data and analyze more effectively.
- Help you scale your business without increasing the person.
Conclusion? You can easily adjust AI chatbots so that almost all organizational needs are suitable.
What does it on Ai chatbot good?
Here are some functions that I am looking for when experimenting with AI chatbots.
Accuracy and reliability
AI chatbots are notorious for hallucinations, ie confident misleading claims. Accordingly Drift Kings Medias Ai survey by AI43% of the marketers fight to create inaccurate information. I admit, sometimes I’m frustrated.
Some models work better than others. For example, argumentation models such as Openaai O3 and Deepseek R1 reduce hallucination by showing you the steps you have taken to conclude. Models that are trained on domain -specific data sets are far more precise when answering special questions.
Pro tip: Present your input and training data to reduce the chances of hallucinations. I generally add specific instructions such as “Do not enter claims”, “give source links and mentioned the page number of information” and “If you are not sure about a fact, just say it.” Regardless of this, you should always check what AI spits.
Emotional intelligence
Remember: we use chatbots to simplify the user experience.
So a good AI chat bot should:
- Be able to understand the user intent (and do not remain fixed with typing errors).
- Remember the conversation context or at least document earlier interactions and refer to you if necessary.
- You know when you have to escalate into a human agent.
It should also be able to evaluate the sound and the general feeling of the customer request. Is the customer:
- Angry? (“Why does my monthly payment increase?!”)
- Sad? (“Please do not direct your lavender -Chai -latte -chocolate! It’s my favorite taste. I drank it with my father before he was over.”)
- Happy? (“I love, love, love the new sneaker designs! Please tell me that you will come in pink!”)
The best chatbots I used let me hear and understand.
Types of OUtter
Can your chatbot treat pictures and videos instead of just texting words? With AI-generated content, this function is a massive plus for chatbots.
Imagine the following: A customer asks: “How do I change this setting in your tool?” A normal chat bot would link the customer to the documentation or provide a text -based manual. A multimodal chat bot that was trained on your product can send annotated screenshots or even a video process.
Less confusion, better user experience.
Integrations
When we switch to an agent -era, I recommend choosing a chat bot that is compatible with other popular tools and software. For example, your chatbot should be able to synchronize with your sales data, get the numbers and spin a dashboard to present them.
Drift Kings Media’s CRM was developed for this connected workflow with seamless integrations in your Tech stack, such as: ClaudeZapier and more than 1700 business apps.
How I tested the best chatbots with AI
Most chatbots with AI-powered chatbots have approximately the same value, i.e. answering user questions as a person. However, I have found that some models are convinced in certain industries or tasks.
If a model is trained exclusively for the codegenization (Github Copilot), it is of course better than an all-purpose chat bot like chat. Also on Ai Chatbot trains on your CRM Data would be able to treat product queries more precisely.
Therefore, I chose a differentiated approach to test these chatbots. I tested every tool with input requests that show its core strengths. I also added some simple tasks here and there to decide the best combination for your stack.
The 14 best AI chatbots
- breeze
- Chatt
- Claude
- Pitch
- Github Copilot
- Twins
- Deepseek
- confusion
- Drift Kings Media Chatbot Builder
- Intercom Fin Ai Agent
- Tidio Lyro
- drift
- Zendesk Ai Agents
- Chatbase
With so many solid AI chat bot options on the market, it can be difficult to decide where to start.
To help you make a well -founded decision, I have created a list of the best AI chatbots based on your functions, user -friendliness and performance when testing.
Regardless of whether you are looking for a chat bot to support your company or improve personal productivity, there is an option for everyone.
Note: I divided this list into two parts. The first eight chatbots focus on applications for internal business and personal productivity such as ideas, content creating and more. Later I discuss chatbots oriented with consumers.
1. breeze
Setting up a new chatbot is a very time -consuming process for me. It is also not just the first training session. I have to continuously update it with new customer discussions and product functions in order to obtain brand expenses.
Breeze, Drift Kings Medias Ai -Chatbot, helps you to leave out all these setup steps.
Breeze lives in her CRM and has a complete context about your customer trip, product functions, sales pipelines and much more. It also integrates unstructured communication such as e -mails and calls to external data, such as: B. Buyer intentions and corporate messages to give Breeze the full picture.
With Hundreds of customer success storiesCompanies that use Breeze see results across the board. Drift Kings Media customers already use it:
Breeze provides what marketers and companies want: more qualified leads, faster sales cycles, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
How I tested the breeze
I tested Breeze through her “Product Demo” page. To be honest, I expected video changes and maybe a basic chat bot with standard answers.
However, I was pleasantly surprised. The demo led me through almost every piece of the AI skills of the chatbot, from an AI -Avatar (Fiona) to intelligent demo recommendations.
Of course, this experience has set a very high bar for the tool. So I set out to give him the first task: to write a follow-up email for potential customers.
The e -mail that I held back was pretty good despite the limited background information. I could send it directly with small changes and personalizations.
Now imagine that this was done in scale with real -time data that are operated by your conversations, your deal history and your customer experience. The possibilities are endless.
Another thing that I liked the entire process was how the chatbot was in response. She asked me intelligent but of course sounding questions to guide me through the sales process. When the conversation gave a doldrum, she gently nudged me with casual questions.
All of this showed how well the chatbot the offer from Drift Kings Media knew exactly what exactly the type of product knowledge of a AI chat bot.
Breeze functions that I liked
- Unconcerned hubspot -crm integration.
- Combines both structured (CRM) and unstructured data (e -mail) to supply your intelligence software.
- Specialized agents for every marketing application: content, social media, prospection and customer service.
What I didn’t like
- The free demo did not allow me to test extended functions.
- Drift Kings Media-generated pictures are decent, but some of the chatbots on this list do a better job.
Breeze price design
- Start with basic AI functions like content generation free of charge.
- HubSpot Starter (15 USD/month, invoiced annually)-starter marketing, sales, service, content and operating software with simple automation and Breeze Intelligence.
- Professional customer platform (1,300 USD/month, including 5 seats) -includes Customer Agent functionality and 3,000 monthly hubspot credits.
- Enterprise Customer Platform ($ 4,700/month, comprises 7 seats) -Advanced Breeze functions + 5,000 monthly hubspot credits.
Note: You can only unlock Breeze Intelligence in the Drift Kings Media Starter Pack and Breeze Customer Agent in the professional plan. Credits can be used via HubSpot products, including breeze.
Why I recommend Breeze
If you are a lifting spot user, Breeze serves as a natural expansion of your existing tech stack. It is the first AI assistant to know your business like you.
Although I would not recommend Breeze for media creation, you can use it to automate your daily marketing tasks. If you scale your company, I would highly recommend trying it out.
Tl; DR: It is a child’s play to integrate Drift Kings Media Breeze into your marketing workflows.
2. Chatt
Chatgpt was launched in 2022 and made headlines as the fastest growing consumer app in history.
Fast lead to the present day, Chatgpt processes over 2.5b user inquiries per day. That is about 1/3 of Google’s 8.5b search inquiries a day, which makes it a serious candidate for conventional search. I would still exist for a few more years before using a Ki chat bot like Chatgpt, becomes muscle storage for users.
What exactly ask marketer chatt? Well, many things. With the right GPT entry requests you can create brand content, polished images, crunch campaign numbers and more. I use Chatgpt Plus for research, Excel analysis and image generation.
But that’s not all. The only GPT function that I can test the most (but no access yet) is the Chatgpt agent. While chatbots are usually waiting to be asked, agents can respond regardless of decisions and act on decisions.
For example, if I want the GPT agent to buy a few socks for me at the cheapest price, the agent can compare different websites, test voucher codes and then share the results with me. I already see GPT agent -application cases Implemented on social media, I can hardly wait to receive a broader introduction. At the moment, the Chatgpt agent is only available for Pro users.
How I tested chattgpt
Let’s start with a simple entry request. I worked with a customer in project management niche who wanted a report on how to stack against competitors. So I decided to use Chatgpt to expand my research. For every competitor, I asked to create a SWOT analysis and identify profit functions that my current customer did not have.
The SWOT analysis was pretty helpful. Next I wanted to test GPT for the image generation. Here I went a little stupid and asked GPT to generate a cat picture with a sign. Chatgpt has done a great job to keep my unusual request.
Chatgpt functions that I liked
- Chatgpt Agent. Automate complex, multi -stage workflows.
- Custom GPT. Create a specialized chat bot with custom instructions or use one from the GPT library that is trained on social media, law, data science and many domains.
- Image generation. I use Sora, Chatgpt’s integrated image generation model to generate design references and edit existing images.
- Deep research. I find the deep research mode of GPT for complex research, especially historical research, very helpful.
What I didn’t like
- The image generation takes a lot of time and sometimes does not work very well for human characteristics and text.
- The Chatgpt agent throws errors when navigating websites if it is not loaded quickly enough.
Chatgpt price design
- Free users receive access to GPT 4.1 with unlimited use and limited use of advanced models.
- The users (20 US dollars per month) include Chatgpt agents, Sora videoogenization and research access to new models.
- Pro users ($ 200 per month) receive an extended limits for everything in plus and access to O3-Pro and the Codex agent.
3. Claude
As a writer, I am quite partially on Claude. Claude is an excellent creative thinker, and if I give him enough context, he can imitate brand voices very well. I am very dependent on Claude for content strategy, initial designs and processing of sentences.
I usually set up a new project for every new customer and made it available as a context with documents such as branded guidelines, podcasts, etc. This is similar to the CustomGpt function of Chatgpt. However, since Claude has a larger context window, the model creates better outputs.
I also love Claude’s McP function. As I already mentioned, I used it to synchronize my e -mail to the AI assistant, which I will show you below. You can also produce a variety of other tools such as Asana (project management), Canva (graphic design) and more.
PS: Drift Kings Media recently published a MCP connection for Claudewhich I am very excited about.
How I tested Claude
Let’s start with the research test. I usually like to start reading AI messages so that I can imagine content ideas around you. So I prompted Claude to give me a summarized version in which I took information from my newsletter subscriptions and additional web research.
Here is the request that I ran: “Can you give me a summary of the AI messages -Highlights from the past week? Use to access my newsletter subscriptions to draw information. Also carry out independent research to find other important messages. Present this in a tabular format, with heading, short blurb and if you are of the opinion that you are of the opinion -contents are made. “
Well, turn me impressed. While the first article on July 17 (outside the application period) was collected by Claude Fair work in the last AI messages. The content ideas were not too big, but I achieved much better results when I give Claude context about my customers and my goals.
I particularly liked how the information was presented – organized and easy to scan. And I also find that in other Claude functions. For example, I themerated Claude on a target page for my customers.
It was helpful to see what my copy looks like in a design mode. I can recognize problems, optimize my copy and optimize it faster for production.
Claude functions that I liked
- Writing quality. Of all AI chatbots that I tried, Claude produces the most on the brand and natural content.
- Projects. I use projects to organize discussions and documents.
- Integrations. Claude now exposes MCP connections for most major apps.
- Emphasis on privacy. Anthropic, the parent company of Claude, uses a proprietary algorithm called Clio anonymize user conversations For training.
What I didn’t like
- Claude has strict usage limits. If you use extended functions such as artifacts, research, etc., you will quickly reach your limit.
- No image or video functions.
Claude price design
- Free level – limited access to top models.
- Per animal – ($ 17/month/user, invoiced annually) – unlocks higher news limits, projects, Claude code, integrations and more free.
- Max Tier – (from $ 100 per month/user, invoiced annually) – 5-20x higher use than per, early and priority access to new functions.
4. Pitch
Have you ever condemned for hours on behalf of “content research”? I know I have it. When X rolled out his local Ki chatbot Grok, I knew I had to try.
While other chatbots have limited access to social media (anti-scraping laws), Grok can add to the live field of X to monitor trends and analyze other accounts. I often use GROKS “Explain this post” – it is a practical way to get a context that I am unsuspecting without leaving the platform. You can also mark @grok in tweets to check the accuracy of information facts.
How I tested Grok
For the first part of the test, I asked Grok to analyze the top tweets about AI agents last month. The edition was a high -ranking overview of the most important topics in trends. I was able to easily check the source and authenticity of the tweets by following the linked handles.
Next I switched on the “DeepSearch” function. DeepSearch is ideal for every task that requires high research and analysis.
For this test, I asked Grok to analyze the grip of a popular X Influencer in the AI niche. Based on his analysis, I also asked to develop a content strategy for an influencer who would like to achieve a similar success.
When GROK led the command prompt, I guided through the exact process, as my request was concerned. This was a nice gesture and gave me ideas for my own research process.
Grok’s social audit was one of the best I saw from AI tools and corresponded to the quality of the professional audits. The analysis gave me everything I had to know: newer + virus items, engagement rates, frequency of publication, presence on other platforms, crowd frequency and much more.
I particularly liked the decent comparison table at the end of the audit. Perfect basis for expanding a content strategy. I would give a solid 8/10 for the entire experience.
GROK functions that I liked
- GROK is useful for high-quality social media audits, analyzes and real-time mood measurement.
- Native X functions such as “Explain this post”, answers through tags, and the data analysis makes GROK useful for heavy X users.
- GROK is designed in such a way that he has a refreshing sense of humor (a by -product of being trained on social media, I assume).
What I didn’t like
- GROK does not yet have a flourishing developer, so integrations of third -party providers are limited.
- No video functions.
- Real -time data can also lead to misinformation.
Gruken pricing
- Free access to GROK 3 for all X users.
- X Premium (7 USD/month, billed annually) -unlock advanced GROK limit values, increased x performance, etc.
- X Premium+ ($ 32.92/month, invoiced annually) – faster access to newer functions and advertising freighters.
- Supergrok heavy ($ 300/month) – Access to GROKS progressive models.
5. Github Copilot
In my previous job as a software engineer, I tried for hours to learn a new coding framework.
Sometimes my code didn’t work directly under my nose because of a tiny error. I would hunt stack overflow scattered threads for answers and test them by stress until I find the one who works.
Github Copilot would have been a lifeguard at the time. With over 20m userGithub Copilot helps developers to code up to 55% faster. You can generate coded files on Copilot, create mockups and debug your code on the expansion or platform.
Copilot synchronization with all important code editors such as VS code, Visual Studio, Jetbrain, etc. so that you can use an extension to access it within your preferred IDE.
How I tested Github Copilot
I started with a fairly simple question: build me a TIC-TAC-TE game with a AI that plays against me. While I asked for a TIC-TAC-TE game, Copilot identified correctly that I describe the mechanics of a ping pong game. Copilot: 1, Lipsa: 0.
Copilot generated three files: HTML for the canvas, CSS for styling and JavaScript for game mechanics. I ported the files on an online code editor, Codepen, and the game worked quite well.
Github Copilot functions that I liked
- Immediate multi-language code congregation for a variety of applications, from games to dashboards.
- Suggests the ideal way to implement or visualize the code.
- Shows logical thinking and does not blindly follow the instructions.
What I didn’t like
- Copilot occasionally creates a false or non -optimized code.
- Github Copilot cannot generate pictures or visual models of generated code.
Github Copilot Pricing
- Start for free. 50 chat inquiries + 2,000 code degrees.
- Pro ($ 10/month) – unlimited agent mode and code degree.
- Pro+ ($ 39/month) -Access to Premium -KI models and Github Spark, a prompt -based app building.
6. Twins
Gemini is a great assistant. Due to its native integrations in Google products such as WorkSpace and Pixel phones, I can use it on the go. I am currently using Gemini for tasks such as creating calendar tasks with a command prompt, for the draft of Mail Mail responses, Google meetings with summaries/notes and much more.
Gemini models are also very powerful for advanced argument, mathematics and complex tasks. Funny fact: Gemini with deepthink now has one Gold medal at the International Mathematics Olympiad.
How I tested Gemini
As I tried to find something to test Gemini, I was pleasantly surprised to see a Gemini summary in my documents on Google Drive. They say the best experiments are those that they stumble across, and Gemini are definitely delivered in this area.
Next I wanted to test Gemini’s videoogenization functions with VEO-3. My request was not the best, but the model produced a great 5-second video.
The white house was immediately recognizable and the characteristics and movements of the man were also very natural. You would definitely need several iterations for more complex videos with levels and scenes. However, this should give you a fair insight into what the model can achieve.
So my last judgment about Gemini? I would say I would do it if you use the Google ecosystem strongly. You will be faster and more productive in your daily apps.
Gemini functions that I liked
- Native integration in all Google products.
- Advanced document analysis and research functions.
- You can generate text, audio and videos in a single interface.
What I didn’t like
- Gemini needs a while to generate both pictures and videos.
- Since Veo-3 is not native in my country, I had to use a VPN to access it.
Gemini price design
- Start for free.
- Gemini Advanced ($ 19.99/month) exit access to VEO-3, AI-powered documents, 2 TB memory and NotebootKlm Plus.
7. Deepseek
Deepseek is generally regarded as a Chatgpt competitor as a TOP -LLM model of China. Shortly after his publication in January 2025, Deepseek’s Ai Assistant app exceeded Chatgpt as the top free app in the Apple App Store (USA).
While the initial dynamics were short -lived, Deepseek’s models have a good support: cheap KI + good argumentation functions. At the start, Deepseek’s skills were comparable to chatt and 90% cheaper. Let’s see if this is still true.
How I tested Deepseek
When I tested Deepseek, I focused on research tasks. I started with an input prompt for the code to create a form, connect it to a sheet and then automatically filter the answers based on specific criteria.
The model took about ~ 30 seconds to generate code that I could use. I exported the code to my apps script file and it worked without a trailer coupling.
Now let’s test the research functions of Deepseek with deepthink R1. My request was to compare and contrast other AI chatbots. In view of Deepseek, I was excited to see what it would say about his competitors.
I liked how Deepseek had considered the audience for the first time before he immersed in individual tools. This is exactly how I would approach the research of an article.
The output was well formatted, with the most important take away in a structured table. If you are looking for a quick and efficient model for non -sensitive research data tasks, Deepseek seems to be a good choice.
Deepseek functions that I liked
- Open source model under licensed. It supports commercial applications and changes to the basic model.
- The cheapest model on this list; Up to 1/30 cheaper than similar Openai models.
- Is characterized by deep argumentation tasks.
What I didn’t like
Deepseek price design
- Deepseek Chat is free.
- API -based access for Deepseek Chat (Pro 1 -M -token) -$ 0.07 (input), $ 1.10 (output).
- API -based access for Deepseek Reasoner (Pro 1 -M -token) -$ 0.14 (input), USD 2.19 (output).
Deepseek also runs reduced prices (up to 50%) for downtimes (UTC 16: 30-00: 30, at the time of writing).
8. confusion
Would you like to access and test many different models in a tool? Confusion offers exactly that. The free version of realization is a AI-driven search engine that uses a combination of Claude and Openai GPT model in the backend. With my Pro subscription I can switch between the latest models such as GPT 4.1, Claude 4.0 Sonnet, Gemini 2.5 Pro and more.
All of this makes confusion a great research assistant. I mainly use it to recognize trends and research on the go. One of my favorite aspects of the tool is the news feed below. It makes great work to recommend articles that I actually want to read.
How I tested confusion
I first tested confusion for the trend analysis. In particular the upper B2B -Saas trends for 2025.
While I really like how the information is presented and separated in various tabs, the trends themselves were fundamental. I have better results with GPT-4-O on a command prompt like this. However, I liked the follow-up question suggestions.
Next: let us build a dashboard on the economic effects of US tariffs with confusion laboratories, a professional function.
Within minutes I had a fully functional working website with diagrams that created correlations between the most critical variables. The level of detail was impressive. I could access all individual diagrams directly via the “Assets” tab or create a jointly usable link for others.
Confusion functions that I liked
- Research with top models such as Claude 4.1, GPT-4 etc.
- Quotes and sources on all data and statistics make it easier to exceed information.
- AI-generated research feed for personalized recommendations.
- Great visualization functions with confusion pro.
What I didn’t like
- Advanced characteristics such as confusion laboratories have a light learning curve.
- Integrations into popular apps such as Excel have not yet been created.
Confusion prices
- Free level – Use the sonar model for unlimited quick search and 5 pro search processes per day.
- Student per animal (4.99 USD/month) -unlocking confusion laboratories, research, Premium -KI models and API credits.
- Max Tier ($ 200 per month) – Early access to the COMET browser and unlimited confusion laboratories + research.
- Enterprise Pro (33.33 USD/user/month, invoiced annually) – unlimited per search inquiries, employees and committed company support.
9. Drift Kings Media Chatbot Builder
If you want a chatbot bubilder that is trained on your CRM data, you are the right place for the chatbot bubilder from HubSpot. With Drift Kings Media Chatbot Builder you can design custom sequences for certain customers, send personalized messages and lighten the load for your support team.
After seeing how they burn out of repetitive questions, I was excited to see how much Drift Kings Media chatbot -Builder takes off their plate.
Note: While the chat builder software from Drift Kings Media is a rule-based chat bot, you can adapt it via code snippets and use powerful AI bots from third-party providers Dialogue flow.
How I tested HubSpot Chatbot Builder
I found Drift Kings Medias Chatbot bubilers pretty intuitive. The drag-and-drop interface made it easy to create specialized chatbots. Here is an example of a lead qualification bot.
You can use this bot to edit most of your customer questions and pre -qualify them through targeted questions. This helps your sales team to save time for the first screening and to set its energy where it is important.
The best thing about it? Each lead is documented seamlessly in your CRM. If there is already a lead in your CRM, the bot sends personalized messages based on its last interaction.
For example, if I was last followed a week ago a week ago, this is pointed out to this interaction and of course the conversation continues. Other options, fewer leads that slide through the cracks.
Although this tool is not strictly operated with AI, you can use it to quickly create custom chatbots for simple use cases.
Drift Kings Media Chatbot Builder functions that I liked
- Unhobilized drag & drop surface to quickly create chatbots without coding.
- Integrated into the CRM from Drift Kings Media to save customer data and trigger e -mail campaigns.
- No learning curve, simple templates and intuitive experience.
What I didn’t like
- Rule -based chatbots are not very customizable.
- Complex applications cannot avoid.

10. Intercom Fin Ai Agent
Intercom is a leader in the customer care area, and the AI chat bot is no exception. Fin AI-Agent uses a mixture of top AI models such as GPT-4 and Claude to deliver a really conversive AI chat bot.
I came across this tool for the first time Anthropic’s case studyWhere Fin Ai -agent delivers average resolution rates of 51% over his customer base. These numbers are quite impressive, so I decided to dig deeper.
With FIN AI agent, you can synchronize content from a variety of sources such as your website, zendesk, conversations, documents and more. You can then strict schools by testing live talks, evaluating its answers, testing different target groups and much more.
While this setup may need more time and resources, it will help your customer service team more efficient in the long run. You can also set up tasks, custom instructions and more.
How I tested intercom fin ai agent
Although I was unable to completely test FIN-AI agents due to his company intake, I spoke to Amrita Bhasin of SotiraA AI individual trading company. It uses Intercom for website registrations and customer qualification.
She told me: “The most unique application (for our chatbots) is to buy and extract information about it what skus/inventory is available so that customers can essentially buy via the chat bot. Every step of the way is guided. This feels almost like in physical purchase for customers.”
I also registered for the Fin AI agent version to show you what the backend ticketing system looks like.
Intercom Fin Ai agent functions that I liked
- Easy to use surface and a clean ticket management system.
- Integrated Batch test functions and response reviews.
- One-click provision via emails, voice, live chat, social and more.
What I didn’t like
- Seller -lock -in -you have to migrate your entire stack to create the alternative workflows from scratch.
- Intercom’s functions can feel slightly overwhelming for smaller teams.
Intercom Fin AI agent price design
- Essential (29 US dollars/seat/month, invoiced annually) -Fin AI -Gent, Messenger, Basic -Post input and ticketing system.
- Advanced ($ 85/seat/month, billed annually) – Advanced automation such as workflows, allocation and 20 Lite seats.
- Expert ($ 132/seat/month) – SLAS, HIPAA conformity and more.
Fin AI-Agent has a result-oriented pricing ($ 0.99 per resolution) with at least 50 resolutions per month.
11. Tidio Lyro
Tidio Lyro is a conversation -Ki chat bot for small and medium -sized companies. Lyro’s Value Reque is simple: Answer customer questions immediately based on your support content. If it cannot answer a question, it hands over to a human agent.
I spoke to companies that integrated Tidio Lyro and they were generally happy about Tidios performance. However, I noticed that companies that had no comprehensive documentation or support saw higher escalation rates for human agents.
How I tested Tidio Lyro
Registration for the AI agent of Tidio Lyro was an uncomplicated process. After I registered, I filled out some onboarding questions and was then redirected to a quick integration tutorial.
Here I can train Tidio for my joint sales, leads and support flows for the automation of repeating discussions. Lyro can even recommend products to the buyers of the funnel of the funnel if necessary.
Oleh Stupak from Mgroup, Anyone who uses Tidio for the lead qualification told me: “Although it was the original goal of handling FAQs, we (Tidio) True Power discovered in automatically qualified leads and sent them to the corresponding Shopify specialists.”
This is what your Tidio-operated chatbot looks like:
Lyro functions that I liked
- Learn from your company data and support documents to answer customer questions.
- Fast response times with adequate accuracy.
- Built-in human hand-off system.
What I didn’t like
- Sometimes it can take too long to load them.
- The pricing is multi -stage and somewhat complex.
- Dependent on your documentation.
Lyro price design
- Flows (starts at 24.17 US dollars/Mo) – releases into intelligent reaction treatment. 2,000 visitor caps.
- Lyro Ai Agent (starts at $ 32.50/month)-maintains personalized messages in the fire, the knowledge-based answers and human handover. 50 Lyra AI talks included.
12. drift
Drift has been very popular since his acquisition of Salesloft since February 2024. It specializes in the support of B2B sales teams via AI by integrating directly into the Revenue Orchestration Platform from Salesloft. I think it is the ultimate one-two punch for the management of the buyer trip from the first interaction until the completion of the business.
Drift still seems to be what it can do best: Visitors based on their behavior, answering questions, booking meetings and qualified leads. But now with new functions like Engage drift, FastlaneAnd Bionic chatbotsIt is much better to deliver fast, personalized customer experiences.
How I tested drift
I examined how companies use drift in action. For example, the Site Concierge function looks like a digital host, welcomes visitors, answers your questions and shows you in real time in the right direction.
One thing that attracted my attention was how Drift Engage sales teams contribute to discussions based on the browser behavior of visitors and earlier chats. It is like having an AS assistant with AI companies on your website, which is ready to qualify leads or book meetings on site.
Drift functions I liked
- Trained 100 million B2B talks To precisely recognize the intentions of sales and to lead to the right team member.
- AI-controlled buyer qualification to identify views that are most likely to be converted based on behavioral patterns.
- Dedicated chat experiences for campaigns.
- Personalized messages based on the history of the visitor company, the industry and the engagement history.
What I didn’t like
- High entry barrier, which makes Drift suitable for well -financed organizations.
- Has an important learning curve that requires technical know -how.

13. Zendesk Ai Agents
I have been using Zendesk for a few years to manage support tickets for my customers. After I pulled from Discord from the chaotic ticketing system, I think that Zendesk organizes and manages the conversations.
The integration of Zendesks Ki chatbot into my workflow was an obvious next step. Zendesk has years of real support (19 billion From them!) To form the model, his answers are more human.
How I tested Zendesk ai agents
This is what the Zendesk ticket system looks like:
You will receive a handy dashboard in which you can invite team members, set automatic answers and respond directly to tickets. Zendesk’s built -in assistant, copilotCategorizes the intent, language and the feeling of ticket. I can also use Copilot’s AI -generated answers to respond to tickets.
Now we go part of the AI agents. Zendesk agent can be activated via the Administrator Operating field in settings. I have on Create ai agentAnd set the name and sound for my agent.
Then it prompted me to choose the brand that I want to train the AI. Remember that you work effectively that you need a repository from Helpdesk content from which your AI agent can call up answers.
Zendesk functions that I liked
- Ticket management solution for corporate degrees.
- Personnel management, resource assignment and AI-driven contact centers in a tool.
- Robust track record for support.
What I didn’t like
- The agents of Zendesk have preset tones and there is not much space for adaptation.
Zendesk price design
- Support team ($ 19/agent/month, invoiced annually) -Basic e -mail -based ticketing, Facebook/X support, automation and analyzes.
- Suite team ($ 55/agent/month, invoiced annually) -unlocks access to AI agents, live chat and telephone support.
- Suite Professional ($ 115/agent/month, invoiced annually) – 5+ auxiliary centers, legal accomplices such as hipaa, intelligent escalations and more.
- Suite Enterprise ($ 169/agent/month, invoiced annually) – 300+ auxiliary centers, sandbox environment, examination protocols and more.
You also have result-oriented pricing for agents as an add-on with 1.50 USD+ per successful resolution (volume discounts available).
14. Chatbase
Chatbase is a KI chat bot building that is equipped for your data trained customer support agency. This tool is similar to Tidio Lyro and Zendesk with a built-in human hand-off system.
Two things that I noticed in this tool were the AI agent -test playground and the ability to configure actions. With actions, your chatbot can do real tasks, e.g. B. the determination of meetings, triggering notifications, searching the web and much more.
How I tested chatbase
First I created a new AI agent by configuring my work area and provided it with training data. Then I navigated to the playground to test it.
In this test environment I was able to easily try different models, tones and actions until I find the right tone and the right depth for my bot.
You can also determine system requests than to act as certain roles (sales employees, language teachers, etc.) and customized instructions. For example, in the picture above, I asked to act as a sales agent. While it pulled information from my documentary, the answer of my question was not very personalized.
Chatbase functions that I liked
- Simply create chatbots that are trained on your customer data with your no-code surface.
- Test environment for fine -off reactions and experiment with different models.
- Solid Analytics Dashboard.
What I didn’t like
- The answers depend heavily on your documentation provided and lack personalization.
- While AI campaigns are a useful concept, the plangers are quite restrictive.
Chatbase price design
- Free plan -100 news credits/month, a KI agent (Bot that was deleted after 14 days inactivity).
- Hobby plan ($ 40/month) – 2,000 news loans, an AI agent, 5 actions/agents.
- Standard plan ($ 150/month) – 12,000 news loans, two AI agents, 10 actions/agents.
- Per plan ($ 500/month) -40,000 news credits, three AI agents, 15 promotions/agents.
What I learned from this experiment via AI chatbots
I have put a long way to be frustrated by chatbots in customer service in order to use it as a powerful business. Don’t get me wrong – sometimes I’m still frustrated about the chat bot answers. However, it is difficult not to be impressed if I can create good content ideas, design content or even create decent graphics in a few minutes.
If I had to select my favorite chatbots from this list, it would be breeze (for the end-to-end business automation), Claude (for personal use) and Tidio (for creating chatbots for customers). However, I know a lot of friends who would swear at Chatgpt’s custom GPTs.
My advice? Use my tests as a reference, select the top chat bots for your stack and try them out. Every company has unique needs, and although I decided my favorites after an intensive test, newer functions could make me change.
