This too shall pass
The current crisis and quarantine have changed life as we know it. In addition to fears for our physical health, many are unemployed and worried about their financial situation. Here’s what we can do to survive so that this too shall pass.
Hear how this too will happen
Therefore this too shall pass
In this episode of Queer money®, I discuss the challenges many of us are facing amid the coronavirus pandemic and describe how job loss and income insecurity are causing additional stress and anxiety. I’m sharing the results of the Queer Money Facebook poll about how our community is doing right now, from those who are optimistic about getting through the crisis to those who are really struggling.
I share our own experiences with income insecurity in January 2019, explaining how defeated John and I felt at the time and what we learned about not giving up on your dreams. Listen in to learn what you can do to get through these difficult financial times and remember that “this too shall pass.”
Focus on surviving if that’s all you can do. There will be a time when you can thrive again in the future. -DavidClick to tweet
