Dinero Detox to get fat
There are detoxification treatments for purification and detoxification treatments for losing weight. Until now, no one is usually looking for a fat-making detox. Our Dinero Detox will make your wallet fat!
Jump-start your financial success with a Dinero detox
I don’t know about you, but I hate diets and starting a diet is the worst. The stars have to align just right and it has to, has to, has to be a Monday. Who starts a diet on Wednesdays? Sunday is an even dumber day to start a diet. “Hey, good game!” (clinks celery sticks).
Rather, we prefer a healthy diet. Of course, we also have our weak moments and the holidays are hard for us too. So when we go on a diet, we like to start with a detox. Sounds healthy, right? We clean our systems and motivate ourselves to take care of it The is it! No more excuses.
This is Dinero Detox. But instead of doing something smaller, let’s do something bigger – no, no double entendre. The Dinero Detox will help you get closer to your financial goals. You’ll be surprised at how easy it is and how much money you’ll save when you kick your money diet into overdrive.
First of all, where the hell does Dinero Detox even come from?
We are not only money conscious but also health conscious. When I was fourteen, my father bought me a weight bench. We set up a makeshift gym in the garage. I covered the walls of my bedroom with pictures of bodybuilders and fit men. I’ve been training since then. . . Well, mostly. It wasn’t until years later that I realized that all those pictures of men on my wall weren’t just for motivation, but that’s another story.
Since David and I have been together, we have undertaken various exercise programs and followed various nutrition trends. As we both stay healthy, these changes are less about finding something that works and more about keeping it fresh. Redundancy bores us, and mixing it up keeps us motivated.
The Dinero Detox Inspiration
We had a friend over for dinner and she told us about it The conscious cleansing. It’s not a diet, it’s a detox. The core of the regimen is to eliminate all highly allergenic and processed foods, alcohol, caffeine and sugar and replace them with a 3:1 ratio of vegetables to fruits for two weeks. After these two weeks, the foods that were excluded from your diet will slowly be reintroduced into your diet.
Participants are instructed to pay close attention to their body’s reaction to the food that is reintroduced into their diet. The idea is to be aware of even the slightest side effects.
When we did the Conscious Cleanse ourselves, we thought about how a detox could save money and money! the Dinero Detox was born. The Dinero Detox is just around the corner not Spend money at your own discretion for a certain period of time. Due to ongoing bills and expenses and the fact that we need to eat regardless of the detox regimen, it is impossible to spend an absolute amount of $0. Just as a traditional detox eliminates waste, a Dinero detox reduces financial waste and unnecessary expenses.
This is how the Dinero Detox works
Choose a period between a weekend and a month to avoid spending money. Pay your bills, feed yourself and your family, and donate to your charity. Don’t spend money on discretionary expenses like dining out, entertainment, or other things you don’t really need.
Instead of driving everywhere, walk or bike. If you live in a city, this is easy. If you live in a suburb, get your groceries and other necessities in advance.
Instead of going out for breakfast, lunch or dinner, cook all Meals at home. Invite friends over and cook together to entertain yourself. This is a social strategy that will help you save money And lose weight.
Instead of going to the cinema, watch a movie on Hulu or Netflix. Co-opt your loved ones. Instead of going out, invite friends and family over to play – there’s nothing better than an evening of Cards Against Humanity.
Don’t go shopping because you’re bored. Read a free book on Kindle or iTunes. Skip going to the yoga studio or your aerobics class if you pay on-site and work out in your living room, basement or backyard. Training in the living room with neighbors and friends is also more fun.
On a side note, I haven’t renewed my yoga membership in years because I love doing Sean Vigue’s yoga routines on YouTube. He’s quirky enough to make me laugh.
Finally, create a plan to avoid overspending and save as much money as possible. Fill your time with activities and alternatives that cost little or no money. As with anything else related to money, planning is key.
The two rewards of the Dinero Detox
The first reward of the Dinero Detox is a break from consumption. Americans consume, consume, consume. We consume food. We use up natural resources. We consume unnatural resources. We consume entertainment. We buy, buy, buy and spend, spend, spend. We keep getting more stuff and then more stuff because we still don’t have enough stuff.
“Stop the madness,” as Susan Powter once wisely said.
A consumer holiday is good for the mind and soul. It gives you a break from hunting and gathering for things you don’t need with money you don’t have.
The second benefit of the Dinero Detox is that you save money. At the end of your Dinero detox, you will have more money in your account than usual. You can then use these savings to achieve your actual financial goals.
If you’re paying off debt, but doing so saves money on your debt – or as Benji put it, “earned”. If you want to increase your Dinero Detox tenfold, give it a try our favorite strategy Here Pay off debts fast.
